I hope they say he's not immune - then it would extend to all politicians, right? So this may be part of the Plan to set precedent that former politicians can be tried for crimes committed while in office.
Technically it seems like this should apply even to administrators/bureaucrats/government employees who overstep their constitutional bounds as well. Correct? I mean, it's the ultimate check and balance in a way.
