Blacks are replaced with the new immigrants anyway. Dems knew this and it gives them 100% capability of cheating with the millions of “new” blacks, whether they actually vote or someone votes for them. There will be 10’s of millions of “new” votes. Biden gets an astonishing 120 million votes to Trumps 90 million. Gota fix 2020 first.
