Correct! We don't serve a failed Messiah. He accomplished everything that He promised to do. We are the "body of Christ". Why are we even given physical bodies? One reason is to do "work". Many Christians groups teach that the Kingdom of God is in our future. But the Kingdom of God is within every believer. Waiting for some physical return of Jesus is a formula for failure. The Kingdom of God is not meat or drink but righteous, peace, joy in the Holy Ghost.
