Holy Father, You made me social loner: I like others to be happy and not owing them anything as well as not being owed anything whenever possible. I love my position to be clearly defined so I can perform expectedly and eventually outperform myself. I prayed all my life to understand this strange way You had with me. Peter of Saint Joseph de Betancur (or Betancourt) y Gonzáles, OFB (Spanish: Pedro de San José de Betancur y Gonzáles, 21 March 1626– 25 April 1667), also called Hermano Pedro de San José Betancurt (Brother Peter of Saint Joseph Betancur) or more simply Peter de Betancurt, Hermano Pedro (Brother Peter), Santo Hermano Pedro (Saint Brother Peter), or San Pedro de Vilaflor (Saint Peter of Vilaflor), was a Spanish saint and missionary in Guatemala. Known as the "Saint Francis of Assisi of the Americas", he is the first saint native to the Canary Islands. He left at the age of 23 for New Spain, and is considered the first saint of Guatemala and Central America for having done his missionary work in those American lands. He was the founder of Order of Our Lady of Bethlehem.

I pray you have a much better time at the company events. Those are a lot of fun if they're anything like the ones we used to have where we actually got prizes and gifts for a job well done, etc. Then there was the company BBQue. Loved those inch and a half thick pork chops grilled to perfection.
I sure do, though I have a tendency to get easily bored with some people. I am afraid I tend to corner myself out easily. Most males watch tv and love soccer. I don’t. I don’t even know what stars look like or hits sounds ilke. I have absolutely no Pop cultural reference. When everyone was watching Game of Thrones, I had no idea what it was about and whatever trailer I watched looked like some soft-porn laden heroic fantasy shit. I would sometime love to have grown in a redneck family and ignore my own misery, but yet I am here and I exploit any minute I have to try things that actually are of interest to me. Face it: GAW is the only proof I altruistically love people.🙏🏻💐
Sorry for the strange mood today. It’s gonna be better after my performance evaluation this afternoon: meeting some guy who has no idea what I actually do and how I make shit work because I still work the same way for the previous company whose service was outsourced to my current company. It took that guy 2 months to agree to this obligatory yearly meeting. Only the project managers who usuallly bypass my hierarchy to get me know how valuable I am.
Your mood is okay and understandable. Don't sweat it, your performance will stand for itself and you will score a high rating as Very Valuable. These idiots may not know what you do 'exactly' but they will know without you it will no longer be 'smooth sailing.' You'll do fine my friend. And yes, I too haven't watched Game of Thrones, or Harry Potter or anything that I find uninteresting to me. I prefer, as George puts it, 'Bugs eating Bugs' shows aka Science and Nature along with movies that have Moral Values , love stories and no scary gorry blood soaked killer films. At Halloween I "MAY' watch a scary movie with the grandkids, but that's my limit, and I get to choose.
