I'm getting a foreshadowing overload from these hypotheticals, from all the justices...

Tbh I think there is some very good discussion here. When Kagan was pressing Sauer on a former POTUS staging a coup I was surprised to the degree he was digging in and deflecting. Does Kagan know something or is she just curious?
