The travesty of justice in Dexter-Taylor's gunsmithing case where the Judge said 2nd amendment does not exist in NY.

Oh! So now the Judge states what freedoms we have and which ones we don't. I can't wait to see her go to GITMO.
“New York has set its face against God and Law, you say?
Are you a god, or the supreme lawgiver that you found yourself able to make these declarations? You surely aren’t operating on delegated authority, for I have no ability to say to my neighbor that he cannot defend himself, so there is certainly some higher authority you are calling upon for this declaration.
On the record, ‘your honor’, what is this god or law’s name that you claim to serve, that we might know it?”
Amen. I have a friend in Brooklyn and he has a Jewish girlfriend who lives there also. They are both Lawyers (retired) and do small Depositions for their old firms to keep their retirement stable. Anyway, neither of them have much in self-defense knowledge wise, and are not allowed guns as Brooklyn is a burrough of New York City. I would hate to know that anything happened to them even though I tried to red-pill them to the Truth. I'm thinking now they probably know and wish they had listened. These Judges/Governors/Mayors of these huge Metropolis' think that they can change any of our amendments and/or laws to suit their way of Rule. People in these cities should have stood up a long time ago. I believe it will be different once we get rid of these people in our government.
SUPREMACISTs always think they can't/won't be sacrificed. Cult training is like that.
Well, they're gonna be mighty surprised aren't they.
One thing that I’ll grant places like NYC is that it’s difficult to safely fire a firearm in crowded confines without putting innocents in danger.
Not sure what the answer to that is, but don’t believe an outright ban is it.
Me neither. If I were these people, I would go to another state (IF) I had a family or good friend who lives there and have them register me a gun in their state along with ammo. Then I'd take it home to NY and hide it in my apartment/house for defending myself. Like another friend I know bought a gun for his SIL because of some unknown reason not crime and registered it in his name not the SIL for defense because they have 4 kids. I'm sure this is done more often than we think.
