San Jose has a Soy Boy for a mayor.

Guess his security detail doesn't carry...or are afraid to use real force on a Person of Color. Sure is taking the cops a long time to come. In a downtown area there must be a car or 2 nearby. Maybe they don't have much respect for Soy Boy mayors either.
