While I believe this is a 'good thing', there is a concern:
Trump is one of us. We know that because, he says what many of us are thinking, they way we are thinking it. In other words, he's known for shooting his mouth off.
You just know, know, they're going to slip another ringer in as debate moderator, like they did with wallace. Trump's going to have to keep his thoughts in check, or run afoul of those illegal gag orders.
Not that that would hurt him, but we don't want to give the enemy free optics ...
