Sorry, I think there is a large element of truth in it! He did get dogs he could not fix by himself and others he and a supporting dog could not fix between them so I don't think he can solve all problems in an instant.
Dogs are quite good with other dogs, particularly if they join a pre-existing pack where the hierarchy has been established. Milan spent a lot of time with his grand-father's dogs and learnt some of their ways. He used to work either at a vet's surgery or a dog groomers before he went on TV. They found him super helpful so he has some talent with dogs even off TV.
