Here' s a thought.

When do they "find" it on a computer? After Forensic evidence? How do you defend against forensic "evidence"? How much does it cost? How' s your bank-account going?

So here' s the choice: the carrot ( insider trading, kickbacks, etc) or the stick. It destroys careers and lives. Not to mention, the response trophy wife/kids will have.

But when does it work? When there are already shady deals going on. Why was Ron Paul never sucked into this? And why was he branded a cook, despite being correct?
