Look at most of our equipment going into Iraq when we invaded. Talk about some silly looking armor getting welded on anything and everything. All from reports of cables being strung up to take out our turret gunners and makeshift armor to protect the men inside from small arms. We didn’t have the up armored vehicles in the beginning.
