Yousaf has been a deeply unpopular figure in Scotland and recently sparked thousands of ‘Hate Speech’ police reports for a 2020 video where he ranted about white people.

“Almost every trade union in this country is headed by people who are white. In the Scottish government every director general is white.”

Yousaf’s decision to reportedly resign as soon as tomorrow has been sparked by a revolt by the Scottish Green Party who have said they will vote against him in a parliamentary no confidence vote.

The First Minister caused outrage with the Green Party after he abruptly announced his government would end a power-sharing deal with them on Thursday.

It is believed he told close aides over the weekend that he knew he would not survive the no confidence vote and instead would choose to resign.
