I'm pretty sure war crimes and human trafficking are private and not "official duties", so there is no immunity for those and never has been.

The presidential seal has never amounted to blanket permission to commit any crime one pleases at any time. Presidential immunity is still only for official presidential actions, MSM disinfo notwithstanding.
