Arizona prosecutors will not seek new trial against elderly rancher

George Alan Kelly, 75, was charged with the killing of Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, a Mexican national found dead on Kelly's sprawling ranch in January 2023.

I really wish that courts would force governmental or corporate prosecution to follow through so that they could be suitably smacked down and precedent could be set.
