This is the way when you're in an environment mismanaged by joggers. This predominantly white area of Baton Rouge has been hiding the incompetent city "leadership's" failures for far too long. Now they can sink or swim on their own merit, but we all know how that's gonna go...

Without the white teat to suckle from, they'll destroy themselves. WIN-WIN?
