Whistleblower Josh Dean of Boeing supplier Spirit AeroSystems has died

Dean, a former quality auditor at Spirit AeroSystems and a whistleblower who alleged Spirit ignored manufacturing defects, has died after a sudden illness.

He had trouble breathing and went to the hospital. What might cause trouble breathing.....?? Hmmm..... Then they sedated him, intubated him, gave him MRSA and voila! Died suddenly of an infection.
