So the entire world will have an excuse to get trashed on cheap booze and make stupid decisions? Or is that just the American version of it?

Real entertaining bit is it’s a Holiday meant to commemorate Mexico beating the French in a War. Yet it’s somehow morphed into yet another American excuse to get trashed.

Yeah a holiday to commemorate throwing off a foreign occupation. Would be relevant.

Yeah that is Americanized version like saint Patrick’s day. The holiday in Mexico and Ireland are not like that from what I’ve heard.
