I don't have much to interpret, but what this video reminds me of is a comment with how Ukraine/NATO have struggled to effectively use some of their advanced weapons systems against Russia due to GPS dependence, and the fact that Russia has effective GPS disruption techniques.

Russian weapon systems on the other hand have been more laser driven. Get personnel close enough to the target to put a laser on it and hold till the weapon system can deliver the load. A bit riskier but more reliable.
