Maxine 3.0. 2.0 was really funny because she was played by a white woman.

Here’s what I think might go down: Foreign fighters operating in the cities after Trump is elected. The Guard and Marines counter. Actual legal militias are being spun up in case of spill over into the outer suburbs and rural areas. I think the spill over will be limited, but the folks are ready just in case.
