Microwaves typically are 300 mhz to 300 ghz. Which the average at home microwave is 2.45 Ghz. Way lower than 5G frequencies, and close to the wifi 2.5ghz standard. Also microwaves are line of sight. That's why you don't get cooked when heating up food.
Just because two things are the same freqency doesn't mean they have the same power or use.
