I just have this feeling that this pier will be used to relocate the Palestinians. Indonesia or their own island would be the best options. No body in the Middle East will take them, or even let them cross their border.

Many Arab countries hold sizeable Palestinian refugee populations. They simply don't want to further enable the powers who wish to forcibly displace the Palestinians from Palestine. Not hard to understand.
