There was a time when I took some Theraflu gel caps and some Sudafed at the same time. I've never been so high in my life. I mean I felt really really good. Since then the Theraflu capsules are no longer available.
Sometimes it takes a combo of solutions. The Flonase chemicals aren’t great for the body but do help. We do a steroid nasal spray also since I get bad allergies.

Ordered a bottle of the supplement online immediately, and now I take it every day. Doesn't prevent every headache, but it does stop over 90% of them.
So the problem wasn't mucus, it was inflammation blocking said mucus.
Surprisingly a simple saline nasal spray works amazingly for sinus headaches.
I tried that. Didn't help either.
However, fluticasone propionate (Flonase) seems to, which is why I always keep some of that around as well.
