Chaos at Heathrow as all gates go down in Border Force 'IT glitch'

Pictures on social media show enormous queues in front of the gates at Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Edinburgh and Manchester as thousands are waiting for their passports to be checked.
