The bottom part seems suspicious, then combined w the top of a legit page and some technical jargon.

INDEED THE SITE WAS HACKED, AND INDEED THEY DID FIND A SECRET ACESS PROTECTED SECTION.

This part I remember for SURE. This along w the hacked podesta emails kicked off pizzagate.

This could very well be real (I don’t think), a misguided anon making a mistake, or as Q told us PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY.

The ol Parton Oswald root, put out a fake version of what you’re guilty of for them to point to and say FAKE, DEBOONKED!
