There aren't any. It is all years of fraud elections and planning which to keep and which to loose.

I believe based on assumptions only that coastal states were the priority for traffiking needs. That is why California, oregon, new york, Massachusetts etc are democrats homes. I also believe florida was attempted but the ppl were in better control there cause there is a higher percentage of retired who want to have peace and quiet.

Again, i have nothing to back this claim up, just my thoughts
