Enough people have been voting R in cities for Rs to win every election. Remember how cities always report late? It's not because of the number of ballots, as there are a LOT of voting precincts. It's always been about voting FOR people once polls close.

As for Chicago. I am looking forward to watching the streets leading up to the Democratic Convention.
