i think it's meaning that if you were born a boy, you cannot demand to be called a them/they, ze/her, etc. i don't think they are banning pronouns altogether, just these stupid fools trying to force people to use them improperly.

The video says they will use the pronouns associated with the birth certificate only.

In other words, they will only speak the truth.
