Ivermectin and other cancer alternatives

I found out yesterday on Mother's Day that my dad has prostate cancer. I know there are treatments and surgeries that can be done but I would prefer an Ivermectin regimen or some other type of regimen natural preferably or non-pharmaceutical based poison. Any help is appreciated at all links anything. Thank you for taking the time to help

I used 2 times 6mg one morning and one on everything. Stopped all sugar and carbs . Gallon of water a day and bowel cleanse. Did it for WK and my bleed stopped . Hemorrhoids or something bad .
