That would be satisfying, but it would be stealing from God. “Vengeance is mine says the Lord” I think humans are only to give him a basic death penalty and document his crimes to the best of our ability. God will do the rest.
God works through people.
A rehearsal for the after life. In Bills case God would be ok with it. That man has done too much harm for a single human.
