This works well. Try to keep as much of the white on the peels as you can. Also, it goes bad fairly quickly, but you can store it in ice cube trays in the freezer. It is bitter. I use it in tea and add honey.
we just bought a freezer, so we’ve been making a lot of different things and freezing them. Lemon juice is nice to have on hand, in the freezer, along with garlic ghee.
