I wondered whether there's any truth in this rumour? Anyone seen anything?

I recall that a Q post said that any uprising would quickly be quelled by the national guard (I'm paraphrasing here).

Is this site at all trustworthy? The mention of Gesara/Nesara suggests that it isn't.
