Yeahno.
This is a treaty, despite whatever they want to call it. It commands the suspension of the Bill of Rights cuz some ghouls in the WHO from Dicksuckistan said so. No. This will need 2/3 majority to accept it.
NO. Do not comply.
P.S. The real scary part here is that these days they might even be able to get the 2/3 majority to make it legitimate. Which is deeply scary.
