Because why the fuck would anyone want to work along side of/ depend on with your life, a mentally ill nutjob that thinks they/xim/xer is a toaster and has a 50% probability of killing themselves....

.... while working high pressure job in active war zones... and even worse having a chance that they're you're leader...

I just can't fathom why no one's signing up for that.
