Was reading Kash Patel book Government Gangsters… page 176 talks about Stefan Halper who was a contractor for Office of Net Assessment and was paid by DOD to spy on Carter Page and Papadopoulos… wonder if he is related to Jen Halper who touts her DOD intel when she is going around trying to act like she is inner circle…

He died at the hospital, though, not at the scene. It was the DNC/HRC/Podesta retaliation hit for leaking emails to WikiLeaks. They did use 2 MS-13 patsys who were later 187d themselves.
