I believe you. Any anomalous or otherwise strange occurrences evident to a trained observer, such as yourself, tingles my spidey senses. The powers need scary weather to get the sheep to accept their draconian "global warming" solutions and just "comply" for the greater good or some such lie. This could be toward that end, for sure. I look forward to seeing more. These people are capable of great evil, IMHO.
