KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Accord woman was sentenced to five years of felony probation and ordered to pay $207,533.74 to Otto-Tech Manufacturing on Thursday. Patricia Matthews, 54, pleaded guilty to second-degree grand larceny in December, resulting in this sentence.
