Just a daily reminder that for an enemy combatant to wear civilian clothing is a war crime punishable by death without trial, Rules 1 and 6 Geneva Convention. So is, e.g., them wearing UN symbols (Rule 27) or wearing uniforms of "neutral" states such as the USA (Rule 30).
