It is tongue-in-cheek, of course. The "ape rebellion" is about being completely decentralized without the need for leaders, just coordinated actions. RFK, Jr. is likely trying to hi-jack the movement as "controlled opposition" to limit the damage, so let's mock him a bit, eh?

Yes, I intentionally did not color his face and make him all completely matching badass body. I wanted him to look a little stoopid and retarded as 'Spartacus' because his whole "24k ape messiah" narrative is a bit ridiculous, imo.
