Any one have to deal with this during pregnancy? Wife needs to head in for a RhoGAM injection in the near future because of blood type incompatibilities. We had to go through it in 2021 prior to the vaccine being widespread so we weren't immensely concerned. But considering the time we live in now, not sure what our options are if any.

My wife is a reptilian (RH-negative) and I have monkey blood (RH positive). so we (in other word "she") had to have the shot for all three of "our" pregnancies.
I support it. We did have one kid that turned out autistic but that obviously started at the one-year MMR vaccine. He was learning to speak and he said a few words very clearly. Then we took him for his 1-year MMR and he fell asleep on the way home. He developed a minor fever and pretty much slept for the next three days. On the fourth day he went back to "normal" but he could no longer say any of the words that he was able to say a week earlier,
He's six now and he has been diagnosed as autistic. He's obsessed with the Earth, the solar system , and space in general. He can name every country on Earth. He can name the moons of every planet in our solar system and beyond, and he can recite Pi to 50 places. But he can't get himself dressed and I have hope that someday he'll understand how to buckle his seat belt because, to this day, he has never been able to buckle his seat belt. Not once.
We had another boy after him and he just turned five. This one had the Rhogam shot but not the MMR and he's as normal as can be. Quite an aggressive asshole compared to his brother but normal.
My advice, for what it's worth, is Rhogam is okay but ask them to delay cutting the cord, and delay childhood vaccinations until just before your child has to start school.
