Remember this is same evil racist who said 'black' children do not how to use computers. Sounds just like her mentor, evil racist Biden, who said 'Poor Kids' are just as bright as 'White Kids'." It was a 'fluky' ascension to governorship, that this racist became governor, and not by intelligence or political skill.
