We have a problem, how many treasonous rats can fit in gotmo? We might have to buy some lice infested blankets so that the backfill can sleep on while they wait for their tribunal.

No no, gitmo is perfectly fine. Dont get me wrong. I am just concerned that not every treasonous rat has a cot which is why i suggest lice infected blankets. Once they are removed from this land, i dont want their feet touching it again. No matter how useless some parts are. Besides, i would be more then happy having a plot of land 40 acres in a desert. I would try to make it work for farming somehow.
