Definitely smarter. But also, Putin didn't want any of this garbage. They forced his hand and now they look like idiots.

You can't have bioweapons labs on their border, you can't kill Russians, and think Putin won't do any of this.

I'm not a Putin fanboy, but in this situation, he is absolutely correct. War is evil.
