If I say I am sorry you had to go through all that as a kid, I would be discrediting what made you strong in life. You changed the poison in your life to medicine to help others. That is significant. Yet, it is the mother in me, that would have wished you didn’t have to go through that.
Yeah, I went through a lot, but I'm ok. God used what happened in my life to make me a strong-willed person. I'm not a physical fighter, but I don't back down when I'm right. I definitely have some dysfunctions.
I have been in around 20 accidents, totaled 5 cars, 5 were motorcycle accidents, and yet I never hurt anyone, and no one hurt me (They weren't all my fault) I twisted an ankle and had a quarter-sized road burn.
God moved me away from the Stock Market almost 20 years ago, it's a rigged gambling device.
God caused my love of going to the movies to fade 15 years ago.
God showed me that banks were evil, and debt was wrong, I haven't paid any interest in years. I use banks, they don't use me. Paid off 27K in 0 APR CC debt that was spread across 5-6 cards, so I paid 0 interest, I got welcome bonuses from them, and that was purchasing tangible assets, Not, junk and vacations.
God convinced me to lose interest in MSM decades ago.
Many other things too...
I was saved at around 12, and God was there for me even when I wasn't paying attention.
I am not a Christian. I am a Buddhist and a Patriot. I am a follower of Q & the anons since November of 2017. An avid listener of Rush before that. I talk to people about the evil in the world. I don’t push my faith onto anyone, but speak in a generic way on the topic here. I firmly believe that all people should have a faith and that they should understand the doctrine of their specific faith. One of my dearest friends is a Christian. He is not a Zionist and doesn’t believe in dispensationalism. He recently found a Christian church that will accept him. We have great dialogues. Wishing you the best.
I admit, I don't know much about Buddhism, my Uncle and Aunty were Missionaries in Thailand, 2 cousins were born there and all 4 grew up there. I'm lazy and married a Filipina, they speak English there pretty well.
I had a Hindu friend and went to his Temple, I did not pray to his Gods, but I did learn a bit of his beliefs.
Praveen Mohan Goes to Hindu, and occasionally Buddhist temples and teaches all the unique or rare features of the carvings, how they were made, why a temple may have been converted etc...PHD level, and fun to learn.
Interesting. Here is the international website for my sect. https://www.sokaglobal.org/
