I think it went well. It was expected to be a tough crowd, but Trump in his usual manner simply presented his case, described all the things he has done that were in line with Libertarian thinking. Then he logically suggested that Libertarians would do well to vote for him instead of spending their vote on a "more pure" Libertarian candidate, or nominate him AS the Libertarian candidate. I'd say a home run.
