I'll be quite surprised if he's acquitted.

The only reason for Biden to schedule a conference is to gloat and announce efforts to remove Trump from ballots. If Trump is acquitted, there's no reason to even bring it up.

It wouldn't surprise me if the judge orders Trump to be marched right into a cell.
