Great point and why Martial Law is used as a last resort. Problem is nothing changes unless the people themselves change. Otherwise this problem continues. We are seeing the change in the people lately. And now people are seeing this and ready to support Martial Law. What stuns me is how bad they had allowed this to become before realizing we need a change. This is starting to unite the country. There are the fanatics but their numbers will be way lower.
People forget after WW 2, there were still terrorist attacks after the war in support of the Reich. But that ended in time so to speak.
They aren't violating anyone's rights. That's a fallacy. They don't just go in and kill them, they arrest them amd and jail them for trial. When u have 30k gang members in jail awaiting trial your turn could take a minute. It's not hard to identify the criminals.
I said this many decades ago that Gangs should be classified as Domestic Terrorists and sentenced harder. Why were RICO charges never applied to Gangs ? The State and the Feds could have charged them and it would not be double jeopardy. As one violated a Federal law and the other violated a State law. That would have kept them off the streets and saved many lives.
