I still think those terms are too Complicated and it’s the reasons why the Uniparty has taken over.
Just because Mitch M is labeled a conservative. He is still for centralizing power to the federal government.
Which is why it’s easy for them to lie to people who are conservatives.
Government is about power and control. The question really becomes.
Who should have that power?
For Example.
During COVID what did Trump do?
Trump decentralized power and gave it to the governors.
If George Bush was in power. I don’t think he would have done the same:
I think Bush would have taken more power at the federal level.
So if you label yourself as a conservative. That doesn’t mean anything.
The question becomes. How does that same conservative feel about power.
Will they centralize power at the federal level or decentralize power towards the states and local governments.
There are tons of conservatives out there that still would become federal dictators if they had the opportunity.
