I don't think the 1A means that / does that. Otherwise, you could sue to have actual porn showed in all elementary schools because 1A.

Nobody wants to ban talking about trans, we just don't want it taught to our kids, or in any institution that receives any public funds whatsoever.

That should include corporations that receive any sort of tax breaks / credits / any govt. revenue whatsoever.
