The judge messed up, but purposely, right?
He gave the jury instructions that are contrary to SCOTUS decision in R vs U.S.
Therefore, Trump could be convicted, the left could get short term headline "Trump Found Guilty", only for that decision to be over turned by SCOTUS, but the from a leftist point of view, "the damage is done".
Take Russian collusion for example. It does not matter that Trump was found totally innocent of all charges, or that Hillary C. and the DNC was behind this hoax, the fact that this hoax ran it's course is still red meat for the lying leftist media.
