ANY 'secret' ENERGY related technology first--the world needs this and it must be made OPEN SOURCE for ALL (I'm the bad guy from fallout)
ALL JFK documents first
All MKULTRA -- special operations by CIA
Then all 9/11 documents
Then everything else
UFOs are really dead last, but I suspect they are entangled with JFK (according to dark journalist, ufo file is related to kennedy thru nixon and beyond)

UFO secret technology is why they were able to assemble the massive conspiracy throughout our govt. and MIC that was needed to coverup the assassination of JFK. He planned to release it.
